The Manhae Festival is held every August to remember the spirit of Han Yong-woon who was an independence activist, poet and Buddhist priest. Just as the achievements of Manhae Han Yong-woon was great, over 10 events are held to share the life and thoughts of Manhae such as academic seminars, Manhae Award ceremony, poetry school, essay contest, exhibits, etc. The Manhae Awards, which is the highlight of the Manhae Festival, is an event to award people who practically realized the Manhae ideas. This award ceremony receives recommendations from different parts of society among activists around the world to award those after strict reviews in the fields of peace, practice and literature.

The Hapgang Cultural Festival is a local cultural festival that began in 1983 and it is the most famous cultural festival of Inje-gun that transmits the natural geographical scenery of Hapgang (Riv.) and its historical and geographical symbolism. This festival was held as a local cultural festival in 1983 to pray for the health and wellbeing of its community and has become the representative cultural festival that continues the local traditional cultures. During this period, a variety of events including the Hapgang ritual formalities, exhibits, performances and sports events are held, and in particular, cultural events joined by multi-cultural families and soldiers are held to offer a place of unity in Inje.

The Inje Naeseorak Fall Flower Festival is a fall festival held in Inje when the first leaves in Korea turn into autumn foliage. Chrysanthemum of various colors line the festival and has a photo zone for taking perfect selfies, while also offering places to enjoy beautiful classical recitals. The block-game corner, Brick World, where children can run around in and a bridge to cross while looking at the artificial waterfalls are offered for children to also enjoy the festival. Lastly, the food corner offers local specialties of Inje.

The Hwangtae Festival is held every year at Yongdae-ri, Inje-gun, which is known to have the best tasting hwangtae (dried pollack) in the nation. It repeatedly freezes and thaws in the cold winter weather and snow, offering a magical attraction for visitors, as well as the best taste and nutrition. The Hwangtae Festival is made up of various events including performances, contests, hwangtae cooking experience, hwangtae cultural experience, hwangtae market, and other events. Smelt Festival

The Smelt Festival is made up of various events on the theme of smelts such as smelt fishing contests, smelt tasting events, leisure sports matches such as the nation’s largest ice football contest and smelt Olympics for Inje residents, and experience events themed after snow and ice such as sled hills, igloos and ice sculpture exhibits. It also includes a romantic rest area where adults can think back on their childhood, while offering children the opportunity to share the memories of their parents. It is expected that all participants at Inje, Gangwon State will be able to come together to enjoy the silvery smelt and winter ice sports and truly experience the culture of simple rural people and country sentiments.
